Trying to retrieve my stock and personalised packaging from them has been extremely difficult. Communication is poor and often slow. There have been many occasions where they told me they can no longer supply a product only after a customer has already made a purchase. Damaged products are frequently sent out and many times no refund is given for those orders. They can be useful when you are first starting, but they are not reliable for long term growth.
