Funeral experience from direct
My uncle passed on recently, I called the helpline of direct, Mr tay arranged staff to come down to be beside me to guide of what to do . I was pretty grateful that the Case Manager Mr Sim Teck Yee was nice enough to accompany me and my family to decide on what to do next. I would like to express my special thanks to Mr Sim Teck Yee for answering our questions and arranging the entire funeral process. The staff were very professional towards all the process and handling things with care. I appreciate and thank you direct funeral service staff for helping me through out the funeral process professionally.
