I am a victim of this company as well. I received a pair of black loafers in the mail that took quite awhile to receive. When I got the shoes there was a split in the side of the shoe seam. When I asked for a return, I had the same experience as everyone else who posted. Then they kept emailing me saying that I had to upload my photos- twice! After that, they said they I had 2 options for returning the shoes that I have copied and pasted: Dear Customer, Thank you for your letter. I'm sorry you still don't want to keep the package. We are willing to provide you with two solutions to solve this problem: 1. We support return services, but you need to pay the shipping fee yourself. After we receive the package you send back, we will give you a full refund. 2. If you are unwilling to pay for the shipping yourself, we are willing to refund you 25% as compensation and recommend that you keep the package. Please tell me the solution you choose, and we will solve the problem for you as soon as possible according to the solution you choose. Sincerely, customer service center So I chose to accept to accept option #1. They never sent me a return address. Please don't buy from this company-IT IS A SCAM!
