They do not refund AND do no want to send the rings back i paid for.
I ordered on the european website. Ordered 2 rings, they were delivered but i needed them in another size so i returned them for a different size. Upon receiving them back they said i damaged them, which is not possible because i did not wear the rings. I asked for a refund but they offered store credit only. I cannot even buy the rings with the store credit again because my discount was 'used' and they would not give me the discount code again. I never asked for store credit and never used it. I asked them to return the 'damaged' rings i paid for, but they do not answer my mails anymore. 1 month and 5 emails later, still ignoring me. Give me back my money or the rings i paid for. This is unbelievable. The company does not care about Eu customer laws and just ignores when that is pointed out. DO not order here!
