Extremely satisfied customer
I recently contacted Budget Dumpster to request a quote and arrange for a roll-off dumpster delivery, and I must say, my experience was nothing short of amazing! How often can you genuinely say that about customer service? My first point of contact was Zach L, who impressed me with his extensive knowledge and genuine concern for my needs regarding the dumpster use. He patiently broke down the costs for the various dumpster options and ensured that my city ordinance allowed for street drop-off. Zach also helped me calculate the weight capacity I would need based on the large items we had, and he assisted in determining how long we would need the dumpster to complete our cleanup. Zach was incredibly easy to communicate with, providing me with all the necessary information and ensuring I had my contract and payment receipt ready before we ended the call. The entire process was straightforward and extremely affordable. I will definitely be recommending Budget Dumpster Rentals to all my friends and will be using their services again in the future!
