Absolutely AWFUL company
Absolutely AWFUL company. Ordered a part that was in stock and it was scheduled for 4-6 day delivery. Waited 7 days (a day after it should have arrived) and had to wait on the phone for an hour and a half, just for them to tell me that they basically forgot to ship it. That's literally what they said "it got lost in the system" (which translates to "we forgot to ship it"). Well, they sure didn't forget to charge me for the item! NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH HORIZON HOBBY.
