Lovely Products, but a Difficult Return Process
I ordered a pair of shorts and a pair of pyjamas. The shorts were lovely, so I decided to keep them, but the pyjamas were a little too big, so I wanted to return them for a refund. I was happy with the quality of the products, but the return process was very difficult. There was no returns form or invoice included in the parcel, so I had to contact the company to ask for the returns address. They did not provide it in their first reply, and I had to email again before receiving the correct address. I was also asked to email them after returning the item and to make sure the order number was written on the parcel. Otherwise, they said they might not be able to process the refund. For an online clothing company, returns and exchanges are a normal part of the shopping experience. The whole process felt unnecessarily complicated and time-consuming. They should make their returns process much easier and include at least an invoice or clear returns information inside the package.
