Sandy from custom service was a God…
Sandy from custom service was a God send!!! She took very good care of me during the whole process of me finally getting my bag. She even offered me a replacement bag because unfortunately due to mailing issues I didn't receive my bag. She was very kind and extremely generous. I truly 100% Recommend Holistic bags. They are gorgeous!!!
