UK/US Acasis USB dock
I received an Acasis dock I ordered from the Acasis website (they were having a fab' sale: this was a second order from the mfr website for a different USB dock) that had been obviously pulled from the incorrect bin by the shipping department. I mean, "UK" does kind of look like "US" lol. Anyways, I emailed customer support with the order number and the problem, they got back to me immediately (within a couple of hours) and asked if I could send a pix. I replied with pix showing the UK power adapter, and the box showing the label. They had the US adapter for the power brick in the mail within a day or so. I call that superb customer support, and I was completely satisfied with their prompt acknowledgement and resolution of the problem. Kudos!
