Fraudulent company – Never received my game & counterfeit product!
I ordered a game from Cheerivy.com on January 4, 2025, and I never received my package. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service, I received no response. After doing some research, I found out that this game is a counterfeit version of the original Hyperlaps game. Cheerivy does not sell anything legitimate—they are scamming customers by copying someone else’s work without authorization. I have filed a complaint and demand an immediate refund. If you're considering ordering, stay away!
