I made an order and one of the items were out of stock; Fiona reached out to me and tried to assist me the best way possible to find an alternative within a $3 difference so I could’ve gotten my items shipped within a reasonable timeframe. I was thoroughly impressed as she also helped me with PayPal as my difference was above the $3 difference. Thankfully my order is now on its way. Knowfashionstyles customer service is top notched.
