This product came highly recommended to me a few years ago by a fellow athlete. It worked really well for my sore muscles and easing tension and fatigue after a hard workout or a long day. It has recently become a big part of my pain management plan after rotator cuff surgery. It is extremely helpful calming pain and discomfort in localized areas, like shoulders or elbows. I don't use prescription pain medication at all, this stuff is the real deal! I highly recommend it to my family and friends, and I know they use it now too.
