We have recently swapped to dedicated from shockbyte- and the comparison is NIGHT AND DAY! We were amazed we didn't have to pay 3 bucks for a ticket- yeah our bar was that low! In all seriousness the support is fantastic- and INSTANT- our transfer took less than a day! If the quality of the hardware is as good as we expect- this will be the best experience as a server owner we have had to date! Highly recommend!
