Your return policy needs reviewing and you need to not advertise your speakers with a PA microphone if the speakers don't work with a microphone. See your ad online for the WSS30. It shows a photo of a speaker with a microphone. Guess what? That speaker isn't compatible with a microphone or PA system. I purchased the correct one (WSSPA30) from your company prior to returning the WSS30. I was disappointed to say the least that yall dont allow returns if the box is opened. The speaker was never used since it wasn't compatible. And how is someone supposed to assess what is sent to them without opening the box??? That makes no sense. I emailed and never heard back. I followed up with a phone call and received no more than "well, that's our policy". Feel free to contact me to discuss.
