Will never book again
I feel like giving you one star is too generous bc I’d give you negative stars if I could. You never respond to my messages emails or even my calls what an amazing customer service but I must say that it’s impressive how u manage to completely disappear when a customer actually needs help? To anyone thinking of booking with this company don’t. Just don’t!!! Once you got a problem nice it’s officially ur problem forever cos Easybook won’t lift a finger to help u!!! Refund? Forget it. Assistance? What’s that? Responsibility? Nonexistent. It’s almost like they just take your money and run
