Avopro new in 4 months started mecahinal problem!
Hi, I sent email months ago to the company that my new scooter with around 4 months using have problem with error07 and I didn't receive any support. I vontacted the support and they just adk for photo! LOOK I CANT TAKE PHOTO. I NEVER KNOW WHEN WILLHAPPEN THE ERROR Sonetimes I m driving and come the problem sticking or like break or accelerate I just try not to have an accident.. and other time I need open my bag remove my gloves I am in the cold STILL trying taking photo and the error 07 don't keep in the panel longer. I use it slowly and I have 53kg....so I didn't do anything to damage it. I bought it new and came with problem do in short time using the problem came out. I went to mecahinal shop and he said the 07 error is the wheel 🛞...so are you going g to resolve or letting the time pass yo make lost the guarantee? Review 2. After few emails and waited few weeks. They didn't have assistance to fix, they sent new wheel. I had to pay a office to change wheels and connect the motor system. Regards Renata.
