Company sent the wrong or unknown dress size
I ordered dresses to try-on and one of the items had a tag on it stating dress measurements which were different then the size chart for the dress on their website. This is the dress I wanted but in a different colour but am now at a loss to know what size I should order. I tried to find out what was going on (i.e., what dress size they actually sent me) by contacting customer service. About a dozen emails later I still don't know and they keep giving me conflicting answers (i.e., size chart sizing has some stretch to it; dress was from 2023 so different sizing, custom dress would be better, etc.). They just keep telling me to order a custom size dress which of course I cannot return if it is wrong. They didn't even offer to refund me for the item they sent the wrong size; but do tell me to order more dresses to try on. Ridiculous response. I would not recommend dealing with this company due to the very poor customer service.
