Selling one thing and providing other is not a good policy (as commit and not deliver).
I purchased Office product for 1 user. After reinstalling Windows, was not possible reactivate the Office again. Livecard informed me that only 1 activation is allowed despite having sold Office for 1 user. Reactivate was only words.
