Pascal De Savoye I completely agree with you the exact same thing happened me brought the item in November for a Xmas present and it didn’t arrive till January they also have refused to give me a full refund and offered a miserable 8USD as compensation I’m like no I want all my money back the. They proceeded to say that shipping it back to them would be expensive utterly pissed off with them how dare they take money and send something that doesn’t work along with that I had to buy a universal plug to plug the damn thing in costing me another €20… Anyone thing of purchasing anything from this so called company don’t you’ll receive crap and no help when its faulty This is the address they’ve said to send the product back does it exist??? 01, Building 3rd, No.5, Tiyu South Road, Chikan District Zhanjiang, Guangdong, 524044 China I checked google maps and 🤷♀️😡
