My son worked all semister to get all A to get this bike. The bike had some default issues when it arrive but we communicated thru email to customer service and they have fixed the problem. They respond by the next day and the customer service was amazing. We figured out a solution and my son cannot be any happier. Waiting on new bike to arrive. I would recommend this company to every.
