Ordered a bracelet and received an email saying the order was not completed. So I reordered. I then was notified I had two orders. Called customer service and had to leave a message. They did return my call the next day when I explained the error I was told there was only one order out there after further conversation and my providing the second order number they did manage to find the duplicate. I asked to have that order canceled and was told it was too late already shipped And I would have to wait until I received it and then return it so now I am on the hook for shipping return shipping and their 10% restocking fee, which is Ludacris. So far customer service has not been helpful or friendly or courteous.
