Wanted a smartwatch with all the gadgets from sleep monitoring, heart rate monitoring, blood pressure, blood oxygen etc. Seen the ad on YouTube advertised at half price a special offer reduced to 19.99. An order was placed , the watch was received in about two weeks. Mum was thrilled and very excited when the watch arrived. Opened the small carton box, charged the watch. To my surprise the watch does not work at all. I contacted customer service they send me a polite reply offering me a 20 percent refund, explained to them i need a working watch or a full refund I have in contact with them they are not answering my email. The watch was bought in good faith, it turned out to be junk and legally they stole money from us. Please everyone keep away from Bahati shop, they are now advertising everywhere , Facebook, YouTube etc... this company is a scam and a rogues
