Overall "unprofessional"
One date was scheduled and cancelled. The person who called said it happens but it is important to get a "professional" person. On the second scheduled date, I waited 40 minutes after the due time and called the person who was to be coming. I woke him up. I advised Amazon that no-one had come. A couple of hours later he arrived. He laid on the floor to put together a small cabinet, put a hole in my floor, and missed the installation of two parts.
