Pretty disappointed this time.
This is my 3rd purchase with parcelmonkey and probably the worst, from start to finish. I didn't get the declaration form until the day of the pick up. Customer service is horrific and takes so long, which is concerning if youre on a time crunch. Then there was how long it took to arrive. It got picked up may 5th, just got delivered to it's destination May 29th. The shipping i paid for was for 5-12 days. I understand it can be the courrier and customs but ive never had so much trouble with reaching out to someone. With both parcel money and UPS i had no idea where the package was the entire time which was frustrating. So yes, I was very unhappy, but alas, grateful the package arrived. We will see if everything made it in one piece later today.
