WhatsApp transfer doesn't work (iOS to Android)
The product (whatsapp transfer) didn't work and getting support is a hassle and I almost thought it was a scam. Had to speak 5 different people on chats and multiple emails. And they just keep citing engineers are looking into and asking me to get their backup and restore product (at an additional cost). However, when I refused they offered a refund which came through after several days.
