Hardcase for Apache helicopter destroyed
Update: Stirlingkit said they will replace the hardcase. I will patiently wait to receive it. I will post it here when I receive it. Today is March 13th and I have not received anything from Stirlingkit. The shipper claims i received it 2 days ago but this is a lie as I have cameras all along my property and I have not received any such thing. As I expected I've been scammed. Do not but from Stirlingkit because the scam and then lie to you. I'm just disgusted and done with Stirlingkit. I will gather the paperwork and send it the Attorney General of Colorado. If I could give them a negative rating I would. DO NOT BUT FROM STIRLINGKIT! Order #42314 I bought the Yu-Xiang F11-S helicopter from the Stirlingkit Company. I bought the Apache helicopter with the hard shell travel case but it was all dented up when I received it. The case is severly bent. Sent pictures but they are ignoring me. The clasp on the case won't even clasp shut. The whole case is damaged. The side rails are sharp and stick up. Pictures were sent as requested but they don't care! I spent a lot of money for the shipping protection but evidently that doesn't make a difference to them. Cardboard box shows no damage. Helicopter does work but the case can't be used to travel with or secure the helicopter in. What do I do now? Take the loss? I've been scammed by customer service representative MONA and by the company Stirlingkit. What an unfunny joke! What are you going to do Stirlingkit?
