Please do not use this company. I never normally take the time to write a negative review, but I feel a strong need to warn others about the hugely disappointing experience I have had. Communication has been extremely poor, with repeated follow-ups resulting in no clear answers or meaningful updates. The order status remains vague and unchanged, with tracking showing the item as “in transit” for an extended period without any real progress or explanation. Despite multiple attempts to obtain clarity, I have only received generic responses and promises of updates that never arrive. The lack of transparency and customer support is unacceptable. Based on this experience, I would strongly advise others to avoid this company.
