The refund agent are dishomest and crazy. The courier dumped,ped and ran offa parcel taggedas not allowed to leave at doorstep and deliberately ery photo shows the doo area has empty boxes for throw away N floor is still wet as beennraining wholecdat and our house is hdb common corridor unit and the carton of golf bottom has turn darker colour due to wet floor and this is shown in the driver photo itself but refund agents all pinoys still refuse to refund us .the manager mayuri raju promise a refund of 20 for a 40 worth of items and we accepted it but she she never give us the 20 refund till now and now she close this case.bunch of dishonest people
