Trust Pilot reviewStill Seeking a Fair Resolution After a $10,090 Loss I purchased $10,090 in round-trip business-class airfare for my husband and myself through Top Business Class for a cruise departing from Dubai. Travel insurance costing an additional $706 was arranged as part of the transaction. After the cruise line eliminated the originally scheduled Middle East itinerary and redeployed the ship to the Mediterranean, our Dubai airfare was no longer usable for the trip for which it had been purchased. Our Travel Guard insurance claim was subsequently denied. I have spent several months trying to find a reasonable solution with Top Business Class. The company has proposed both refund and travel-credit options at different points, which I appreciate, but we have not been able to reach a resolution that allows me to recover reasonable value from the original $10,090 purchase. I am not simply demanding my money back. I have an upcoming international trip to Japan in May 2027 and would be very willing to continue doing business with Top Business Class. My husband will not be traveling on that trip, however, so dividing the available credit between the two original passengers does not provide a workable solution. I am asking Top Business Class to work with me to apply enough of the value of our original booking toward one round-trip business-class ticket for my upcoming Japan trip in May 2027. Considering that our original $10,090 purchase covered two round-trip business-class tickets, I believe this would be a fair compromise and would allow us to finally resolve a very frustrating situation amicably. I hope someone with the authority to review the entire history of this matter will contact me so that we can reach a reasonable resolution. Update – August 29, 2026: Following this review, I spoke directly with Top Business Class and was asked to send details of the resolution I was seeking. I subsequently submitted a specific proposal for one round-trip business-class ticket to Japan in May–June 2027 in settlement of this matter. I have also followed up by email. As of this update, I have not received a substantive response accepting, declining, or countering that proposal. I remain willing to resolve this directly with the company and will update this review if a resolution is reached.
