Don't waste your time or money
Don't waste your time or money - buy a DYI kit and do it at home. I attended the Charlotte Mosaic Lamp class. I purchased 2 tickets for the Swan Lamp ~$300. The class was supposed to be 2 1/2 hours. We were extremely rushed, given bare bone instructions we could have just read from the box. We were given 10 minutes to choose a pattern and all of our tile colors. Then 20 minutes to glue the tiles on, and another 20 minutes to glue the beads on. The tiles were not given time to dry, so when gluing the beads the tiles just slid everywhere, One woman at my table said this isn't fun this is stressful. The other group of 4, and group of 2 - took the beads and said they would just finish it at home. I kept apologizing to my sister, who had come to visit and I was so excited to take her here. Buy a kit at home, use a different vendor, or do something else. Don't waste your money on them.
