I had a very disappointing experience with Rebtel’s customer support. I purchased a 5€ credit to make international calls, but later found out that calls to Iran are not supported. This made the service completely unusable for my needs. When I contacted support to request a refund, instead of resolving the issue, they repeatedly asked for irrelevant personal information (such as frequently contacted numbers), which is unnecessary for such a small refund and raises concerns about privacy. Despite multiple attempts to resolve the issue, no refund was processed. Very poor customer service and an unnecessarily complicated process for a simple issue. I would not recommend this service.
