Do not buy from this company!
I placed an order on 3rd December 2024. Today is the 19th February 2025 and I still haven’t received my item. This was a Christmas present for my daughter. I have contacted the support team numerous times with no actual answers. I’ve asked for a refund and they have told me they can’t do that due to my item being in transit! I then asked where my item is and there’s no response again. I have now asked another 2 times for a refund. After reading all the other reviews it appears they have done me a favour by not sending it as I can’t imagine what cheaply made item I have purchased. I thought this was an actual site that sells Pink Palm Puff hoodies. Not some dodgy dupes company. I have reported this to ACCC awaiting the follow up. Save your money and don’t purchase from this company!
