I bought the S3 and while I’m happy with the bike itself, the assembly was a bit challenging. Some parts didn’t fit as smoothly as expected, and I had to reach out to customer support. They were helpful, but it took a little longer to get everything sorted than I hoped. Overall, a decent experience but could be improved.
