Horrible Experience
I bought a pair of Adidas sneakers and paid $361 for them. When I received them they were too small and as this was the largest size, I contacted them immediately to return it. It had never been worn and had all the tags. I was told by email that they could only refund me $191 as their policy is that "the refundable amount for returns is therefore not calculated based on the original purchase price. Instead, it is assessed according to our return policy framework after considering the non-refundable components of the completed transaction." Those is NOT STATED ANYWHERE when you buy the item so it's unacceptable that they will tell you they can only refund half the amount you paid! DO NOT BUY if you think you might need to return or exchange as they will keep half of what you paid if you try to return.
