Still Waiting – Order #10748 – Please Refund My Hard-Earned Money
Hi Fluminer Team, It has been over seven months since I placed my order (#10748) and paid via Bitcoin on January 26, 2025. Since then, I have sent more than 15 emails to your support team, hoping for even a single reply. I have tried Live Chat too, nothing worked. I am not writing this out of anger, I am writing out of sheer frustration and helplessness. This was not easy money. I worked hard, day and night, to save up. It is not something I can just shrug off. I am not asking for a favor, I am asking for fairness. Please do not ask me to email support at fluminer.org again. I have done that repeatedly, and I have never received a response. That door feels closed.
