Hardware good, Support and Service Zero Points
I ordered a K8 Plus and the order and delivery were completed within two weeks. The quality of the hardware is very good and I wanted to order another machine. The order was confirmed on 20 January 2025 and on 24 January there was the only email about this order with a tracking number. Since then there has been no change to the tracking status. I have tried to write several mails to the support and service. But so far there has not been a single response. The contact form has also remained unanswered. The manufacturer is simply playing dead here. I have now sent an enquiry to paypal which has not yet received a reply from the manufacturer. I would not buy here again. The hardware is good, but the service and customer contact is non-existent. After paypal has not received any feedback from the manufacturer. It refunded my payment. Many thanks to Paypal. For the manufacturer the order would have been GMK1168 from 20 th. January.
