Placed an order and paid immediately
Placed an order and paid immediately. For 12 hours it showed processing, then went to unpaid. For 7 days after 4 days of emails it finally went to processing. After processing for 4 days I recieved a notice my items are unavailable. This is wonderful as I have mentioned i needed these items .by a certain date. I am not offered a refund, but only to wait, replace with like or cost same, or partial refund. I need those items but sent my second choice but required to guarantee shipping in 10 days. Or they can give me an immediate refund so I can store purchase what is needed. I sit now and wait until they give me the so g and dance and show the incompetence of the company. If this is how the do business I refuse to repurchase anything in the future..
