Second Time using Ideal Agents
This is our second time selling a home in Texas and now in Florida with our Agent, Debbie with ReMax. We are very happy with the high quality agents that Ideal has referred us to with lower commission rates, but NO difference in the quality of our marketing the home to sell, helping stage our home for showing and completely guided us through the process to the closing sale of our home on February 19, 2025. Debbie was top rated in everything connected with our sale.
