Disappointed, Never Received
Like many other reviewers, I was drawn to this company for their apparently wide selection of pet beds and couch covers. After waiting several weeks for delivery, I reached out to customer service on a few occasions. Got a canned email response that my delivery was delayed. It's now been three months and no product. I opened a dispute with my credit card and am hoping for a refund at this point.
