I would give it a zero if I could. Tried to make a second reservation. Would not let me with the same credit card I had already used. Then I tried another credit card and then I tried paypal. Paypal allowed the transaction Trip.com did not. Told me I could appeal the decision and it would give me an anser in 48 HOURS! I don't have 48 hours. It's for a second reservation to an existing reservation tomorrow. I will NEVER use this site again. For $8 more I booked with Booking.com with no issues.
