As many others have said
**Update from initial review: the company did grant my full refund request after I asked a second time.** Initial review: As many others have said, I was suckered into purchasing the AI profile headshot set for $14.99. The AI generated photos, which you can’t see until after you’ve paid the fee, are of terrible quality. They looked cartoonish and didn’t resemble me at all-they completely changed my facial features and body. I was hoping the AI would just optimize the lighting, color, and background of my uploaded image but it completely fabricated new and fake versions of my image instead. I asked for a full refund and Fotor refused, saying the-get this-“massive computing” power needed to generate the 20 some odd phony images (which were completed in a few seconds) would make it cost prohibitive to do so (even though they were willing to give another me another crack at the completely useless AI tool for free-how ironic). Steer clear!
