Customer service is excellent and extremely patient because I misunderstood and ordered 2 packages of an out of stock item, and customer service briefly said it was a "maximum purchase" (already).
I ordered twice for an out of stock package and had major misunderstanding due to seemingly vague and brief messages. Customer service was very patient and kind and I am now awaiting my (probably and hopefully full, minus the processing fees for the merchant) refund. Accidentally gave a bad review due to my misunderstanding and ended up giving an excellent review to the guy that helped me. I'm a bit suspicious because I am waiting for my refund still and I spent a little more than $40.
