I converted my Bad Boy enterprises cart with 8- 6v batteries to a 100AH 48V. I acquired the conversion kit thinking it would be everything I needed. I had to add a 48 to12 volt converter to power lights and controls. I've got it driving but working on lights and controls. A suggestion in the information section about voltage changes would be helpful. On the more positive side I went from 576 lbs of batteries to 79lbs. Same power and greater distance. It also does somewhat better on steep inclines, speed wise.
