Two damaged contacts
Two damaged contacts, but they only replaced one. I've been waiting for weeks for contacts. Guess I'll wear one in my eye and one without. I am editing to add that I am a customer that has purchased with them since 2014. I've bought from them with two separate accounts both while living in Japan and again while living in the States. Collectively, I've spent hundreds of dollars with them, so they are lying to save face. 3/25/25: I have emailed them with a screenshot of this review and their reply two days ago. They have not responded.
