Cancelled Wrong Booking Resulting in invalid ticket
We booked our honeymoon train tickets through Baolau and it was a disaster. Their incompetence led to our tickets being cancelled. They didnt crosschecked the booking ID and cancelled the wrong tickets. We were left to buy ticket on the spot To make matters worse, the seat that was left available was only fit for 1 persona and we both have to squeeze in the seat. Don't risk your special trip with Baolau - their mistakes can turn your dream vacation into a nightmare.
