Probably the worst food and experience I have ever had on a flight. First of all, after departing Edinburgh towards Beijing, we did not even get water. We had to wait 3 hours till the food service to get a drink. During the first service, drinks have already ran out. Our suitcase was broken on arrival and the customer service is absolutely appalling. It's been nearly half a year and we have barely had any communication with the airline, not the mention any sort of refund ...
