these guys are so incompetent that they cant even refund my balance to my bank account. tried maybe 3 or 4 times and comtacted them atleast two times. The request gets failed and i cant receive my money- There is no explanation either. When i contacted them inwhich i explain the problem and give them my bank infos , i get dumb answers like "You can contact me if you have questions" like bro wtf did you even read my message?
Everytime when i want to order from CSSBuy something bad happens. Lets start first with the Coupons. Coupons are "temporarily unavailable" (since months maybe). The Support didn't tell me why. I got recently a 50 Yuan Coupon as compensation because of their bad service and no responsibility that cost me A LOT MORE THAN 50 YUAN (they offered me 20 yuan coupon at first). Next : The Cssbuy app shows me how much the orders in the warehouse weight together. My items were 6.070Grams in total and CSSBuy themselves officially says that any Parcel will of course increase in weight by 400 Grams because of packaging. I paid the shipping for my Parcel which was then ofcourse charged by 6.471 Grams in total - nothing serious. After that next day told me that my Parcel is now 6.940 Grams in total, which is weird. They always do this. They always increase the weight to get more money! I told the Support staff that this must be wrong and they charge me more than i should. Their response is that they a packaging method which makes my parcel weight 6.940 Grams in total. I paid around 87€ for shipping for a 6.4kg Parcel , which is already extremely expensive and now they even want more. The shipping prices have been increased a lot. I found a different agent where you would pay for a 5kg Haul for example 53€! I dont recommend CSSBuy as i cant trust them anymore and they charge you premium prices for bad service.
WARNING! First of all, after the Pandabuy raid, i was looking for a new Agent. I found CnFans and CSSBuy and to be honest, i sticked to CSSBuy only because of cheaper shipping prices. But there are lots of backdoors behind it. First : The Customer Supports are terrible! I feel like the Agents/Staff can't talk proper english. I can understand it , they are living in China, but for this job YOU HAVE to know basic english. Most of the time, they are irritated by your messages and do other things except your demands. Secondly : The App and the Website has lots of Bugs and is programmed by an amateur. You will face lots of bugs. Can't even open a product page, view at a shop and so on. I often contacted them about these issues in their discord servers. They didnt do anything about that. Third : Shipping Prices and Rehearsal. Normally rehearsals costs 10-15¥ (1-2$) and i once did one and got charged 20$!!! I didnt get my money back ! and also the shipping prices are increased. Another problem is the Volumetric Weight. They dont really show how much you have to pay per 1cm³ of your parcel! So we cant even know if the additional charges are true or just overpriced. READ THIS : I once shipped 3 Items from the same seller and they all were sent in one package. On 16th January they were all in the warehouse but i wanted to refund one item and told the staff to refund it on the same day. The day afterwards i changed my mind and told them to NOT refund the item. A while later they agreed and confirmed on 17th January 2025 that they will keep all of the items in the warehouse and i insisted multiple times to ship all the items. Its 23rd January, i submitted my parcel with all of the items that were in the warehouse. After a couple hours maybe, i get the message that my parcel has left the warehouse, but one item was removed from the parcel. It was that item that i wanted to refund earlier on 16th January which was almost a week ago! I told them that i didnt want to refund that item! They told me that its too late now because the haul already left the warehouse, so i thought i will leave that item in the warehouse and ship it next time. I asked them in their Discord Support where that one item is right now. They told me that they will check and even they didnt know where it was. They couldnt find it. They said its probably on its way back to the seller. 🤦♂️ Such refund takes 3-5 to reach the seller. I still had to wait for updates on 16th February. Almost a month and i didnt knew where the item was, didnt get any help and also not my money back! They were lying to me and telling me that the item is still on its way to the warehouse (for almost a month!) After such an intense and stressfull waiting i finally got my money back. CSSBuy is not something i can recommend for you. DEFINITELY not. there are lots of different agents who work for cheaper and do their job right!
