Completely disappointing experience
Completely disappointing experience. The flowers were ordered for my birthday, but they arrived already dried out and essentially dead. By the next day, all the petals had fallen off. It’s honestly shameful for a company to deliver bouquets in such poor condition. I would absolutely not recommend this company. There are many smaller businesses that provide much better quality and service — I strongly suggest ordering from them instead. FNP is a large company, and it feels like they don’t really care about their suppliers or the level of service being delivered. I would not recommend ordering from this company.
