beware of auto renewal charges without notice
I used the product once in 2022. I was placed on auto renewal and was never sent any billing notification or updated terms and conditions since then - which I discovered this year when I saw the charge on my credit card statement. Product itself was great, but be very careful with billing and billing support. I had not logged into the account since 2022 and could not do so when I saw the charge - eventually having to dispute the charge with the credit card company as they made it impossible to cancel the account and fought my attempts to get the yearly charge refunded. I found their behavior disappointing and challenging to navigate. Customer service stopped answering my emails without addressing my questions, the phone number listed did not work, they provided documentation to the credit card company that was never sent to me, etc. It wasn't without repeated follow-ups that I was able to cancel the account and get the issue resolved.
