I ordered a RENOGY Inverter from this company, as well as a battery, for a client of mine to replace an old inverter he had installed. When I installed it, I verified that the device was not working and did not give any signal in both versions, both in the AC battery and in the DC one. I communicated with customer service to inform them of the situation and to return the problematic device, and somewhere here begins a very long and difficult road................ where customer service requires videos and measurements to be made with professional equipment to verify that the device has problems and does not work. This situation has continued for about a week now, where every day they request a new video. And today when I objected that I was tired of doing something new every day for them, they communicated to me that if I do not do the measurements or videos they request, they will refund 50% of the order amount. A threatening and unethical manner. This has never happened to me with any company I have worked with to date. It is unprecedented what this company is doing to its customers. I am exhausting all steps and will continue to pursue legal action against this irresponsible company that does not respect its customer, but also the consumer. And from what I read on Amazon, the same situation is happening to customers who have purchased RENOGY, but Amazon itself is offering the solution to the customer.
